After your first order, the total cost for each subscription order will be the cost of the item on the day we send you an email notice confirming your subscription order plus sales tax, if any. The cost of each subscription order may vary. PayPal cannot be used for orders that include a subscription at this time. Target GiftCards may be used as payment for the initial order however, a valid credit card or Target Debit Card will still be required at the time of the order, and will be used for payment on the subsequent subscription orders. You cannot use a debit card, other than the Target Debit Card, to pay for Target Subscription services. Only valid credit cards or a Target Debit Card can be used to enroll Target Subscriptions and to make subscription service purchases. Even if a particular subscription order is canceled, your enrollment in Target Subscriptions will remain in effect, and Target will attempt to process the next subscription order based on the delivery frequency you have chosen.Īny returns related to Target Subscriptions are subject to Target’s Return Policy. No additional subscription orders will be shipped until the problem has been resolved. If any problems arise with your subscription account, the shipping address or payment method connected with your subscription that Target is unable to resolve, we will notify you through the email address associated with your subscription and your subscription order may be canceled. Your subscription with Target Subscriptions is personal to you, and you may not assign or transfer your subscription, or any of its benefits, to any third party without Target’s authorization. You may also lose potential customers who are concerned about not being able to return a product if they need or want to.By subscribing to Target Subscriptions, you accept all of these terms, conditions, limitations and requirements. If you don't have a Return Policy, you may be at the mercy of state laws regulating return and refund timeframes. This is especially important when shopping online, as more issues are likely when purchasing something without being able to see it in person first. Another reason for having a Return Policy even if not required by law is that most consumers prefer to shop at retailers with a clearly-posted Return Policy.
If you wish to limit this in any way, you will need to create and post a Return Policy with your own custom terms. For example, in the state of New York, if a retailer does not provide a Return & Refund Policy, the retailer will be required to accept returns and give refunds for all merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase.
